By using our services, you agree to the following terms and privacy policy, which may be updated and modified from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms or privacy policy, please do not use this website.

Eligibility Requirements:

You must be 13 years of age or older to register and use our services. If you are under the legal age of majority in your state (i.e., a minor), your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf, and you may only access our services with the permission of your parent or legal guardian.

Privacy

We take your personal information security and privacy very seriously. We will not share, exchange, or sell your personal information to any third party outside our group of companies without your prior consent, unless otherwise stated in our privacy policy. Sales Tax: We are legally required to collect sales tax in the states where we are licensed to operate. For online purchases, sales tax is calculated based on the tax rate of the state where the goods are shipped. Please note that some tax authorities require us to collect sales tax in the following situations: sales of goods only, shipping only, sales of goods and shipping, and sales of goods and shipping without sales tax.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with a purchase made online, you are welcome to return it according to our return policy. Some items, such as those marked "Final Sale," are not eligible for return or exchange. Please see our return policy for details.

Shipping: For online orders, we use several different logistics companies for shipping, including the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx. Once we hand over your order to a logistics company, we have no control over their shipping methods, times, and locations.

We currently only ship to select addresses in the U.S. and Canada. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or Quebec.

Order Confirmation: Receiving an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance, confirmation, or an offer to sell. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any goods ordered without prior notice and/or refuse service to any customer for any reason that does not violate any law. Ownership of purchased goods transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

Resellers: Please note: You may not purchase our products for resale. If we determine that your purchase is for resale, we reserve the right to take any action against that purchase (and future purchases), including but not limited to restricting your access to the website, closing your user account, restricting sales, canceling orders, charging restocking fees, limiting purchase quantities, reducing your points or rewards, and/or refusing refunds or returns.

Third-Party Payments and Financing: We may offer third-party payment and financing options through the website. These third-party payment and financing options are provided by third parties, and your relationship with such third parties is directly yours. You agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from any such transaction. If a dispute arises between you and any such third party, you understand and agree that we have no liability or obligation to intervene in your relationship with any third party.

Resellers: Please note that we may not purchase our products for resale. Product Availability: Product availability on our website cannot be guaranteed. If an item is out of stock when your order is processed, we will notify you by email. You can check stock availability by contacting us.

All products, services, features, and content offered through this service, including but not limited to the prices and availability of such products and services, are subject to change or termination at any time without notice and at our sole discretion. Product Information, Pricing, and Price Discrepancies: Prices displayed on our website may differ from prices in physical stores. Prices may also vary between different stores. Products shown on the website may only be available in select stores in the United States. Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are quoted in US dollars. Prices marked "C$" represent Canadian dollars.

Promotional items will display the original price with a strikethrough and the promotional price listed next to it. Clearance items will be marked with a clearance label next to the product name, image, or price (may use third-party content distribution applications). Once clearance items enter clearance status, prices will not revert to the original price or increase. Please note that promotional prices and other discounts may sometimes be combined. When promotional prices and/or discounts are combined, both the original price and the promotional price will be displayed with a strikethrough, and the discounted price will be listed next to it, which will appear in your shopping cart.

Please note that while we strive to accurately represent product colors, the actual color you see may vary depending on your monitor. Furthermore, information on our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, which may relate to product descriptions, prices, and stock availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, and to change or update information without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If you do not wish to continue your purchase after a price or other information correction, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with cancellation or return.
