Most orders are expected to arrive within 5-15 business days. Delivery to some areas may take up to 14 days.
Orders must be submitted before 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Orders must be submitted 4 hours before the shipping store closes.
*The shipping address must be within the shipping store's service area.
*All items must be shipped from the same store.
Most orders will arrive at your chosen pickup location within 5-30 business days.
Orders must be picked up within 5 business days (7 calendar days) of delivery. Please bring a government-issued photo ID.
If the package is not picked up within 5 business days (7 calendar days), it will be automatically returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.
Anyone residing at the same address as you can pick up the package on your behalf using the tracking number and a government-issued photo ID (proving their residential address matches the address on the package label).
